In 2020 Toyota was named a Top 10 company for Diversity by DiversityInc.com, an honor that came as culmination of decades of working to create a diverse and inclusive environment across its entire U.S. operations.

How Toyota got there is a story mirrored by the process of manufacturing quality vehicles. Through innovation, maintaining high standards, careful development, and keeping the customer at the forefront, Toyota is building a model ready to transition from a traditional automaker to a mobility company. The “customer” in this case is Toyota team members, suppliers, and dealers. They are the strength behind the product and Toyota’s greatest asset.
