The Fair360, formerly DiversityInc Foundation is a 501(c)(3). Its mission is to fund scholarships for financially disadvantaged students. It is our goal to donate at least 2 percent of Fair360, formerly DiversityInc Media LLC’s gross revenue via the Fair360, formerly DiversityInc Foundation. In 2012, we achieved 4.6 percent of our gross revenue.
Our Programs
We currently serve three schools: Bennett College for Women (a historically Black college), New Jersey City University (a Hispanic-serving and minority-serving institution) and Rutgers University. Fair360, formerly DiversityInc CEO Luke Visconti is a trustee of Bennett College (a historically Black college), a trustee of Rutgers University (as well as a member of the Rutgers Foundation board) and on the foundation board of New Jersey City University (a Hispanic-serving Institution).
