Fair360's Growth Spurs Career Center Success

After a successful 2013 brought Fair360, formerly DiversityInc to the top spot in the world for web traffic and social media reach in the diversity management space, the website and its jobs board are reaching new heights in 2014.


By the end of May, Fair360, formerly DiversityInc’s sitewide traffic for the year was already passing what it finished at for 2013 nearly 21 million pageviews in the first five months is eight percent more than all of last year total, while eighty percent of the cumulative number of unique visitors from 2013 had already passed through the site.

The traffic growth has translated into success for the Fair360, formerly DiversityInc Career Center, which is seeing record levels of usage. Helped by nearly 5.5 million pageviews in May, the job board’s 18-plus million pageviews in the first five months of 2014 is already 13 percent more than 2013’s 16 million total pageviews. With more than a half-million unique visitors already passing through the careers section, it is on pace to top 2013’s cumulative unique visitors by more than 30 percent.
