Patti Lee

Patti Lee believes in “the power of unleashing talent, of removing the barriers of someone being constrained by their perceptions of difference,” she told Fair360, formerly DiversityInc. “It’s freeing, energizing and empowering. That’s when people can really make a difference.”

Prior to the formation of Wyndham Worldwide in 2006, Lee worked at Cendant Corporation as Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness for RCI. She served as Vice President of Human Resources at Liberty Travel and held a variety of leadership positions at Unilever, including Director of Organizational Capability.

Lee is vice president of the board of directors of the Jersey Battered Women’s Service and a member of the board of directors of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce. She received a bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University and a master’s degree in human resource management and labor relations from Rutgers University. She lives in New Jersey with her partner.
