Marlon Sullivan

Marlon Sullivan is Divisional Vice President, Talent and Development, at Abbott Laboratories.

He leads a team of Human Resources specialists, providing talent, development and organizational consultative support for all lines of business and corporate functions. In support of these business units, Marlon oversees Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Organization Design, Talent Acquisition, and Global Inclusion.
