Daphanie Pointer

Daphanie Pointer is the Supplier Diversity Manager for the North America Procurement Team in the Supply Chain organization at Monsanto.

A strong and passionate advocate for diverse suppliers and their development, Daphanie has responsibility for development and execution of Monsanto’s Supplier Diversity strategy. She focuses on identifying and increasing opportunities for Minority, Women, Persons with Disabilities, Veteran/Disabled Veteran, and LGBT owned businesses with Monsanto.

Her most recent accomplishment has been creating and implementing a mentoring program, Monsanto Supplier Development Mentoring Program, for diverse suppliers. This unique program assists suppliers in growing their businesses by utilizing industry and Monsanto best practices.
