Disneys Media Networks Combine for 39 Emmy Nominations

Nominations for the 2018 Primetime Emmy Awards were announced from the Television Academy’s Wolf Theatre at the Saban Media Center in North Hollywood. ABC received 31 nominations—including six for Dancing with the Starsand five for black-ish—while Disney XD and Disney Channel added five, for a total 36 nominations for the Disney ABC television group. Together with Marvel Television’s three nominations, Disney programs collected a total 39 Emmy nominations.
