Contributed Content Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in writing for DiversityInc. To submit your ideas, please write a query letter that explains your story concept, proposed story length, experts to be interviewed(if it is a reported piece) and why this idea would appeal to the DiversityInc reader. Query letters should be no more than one page in length. Be sure to include a daytime telephone number, an email address, your Twitter handle, your Facebook page and any blogs you write for.


  • All files must be submitted as a Word document and sent toeditor@diversityinc.com
  • We will not publish any content that is discriminatory of defamatory.
  • References made to research or best practices that are not your own must include links to your sources.
