Our equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility journey continue to evolve year over year. We made great strides in 2021, which included launching our new Transcend skilling program, joining the OneTen coalition, and publishing our first diversity report. As the first major staffing firm to earn a spot on the DiversityInc Top 50 list, I am so proud of our employees and leaders who are bringing their whole selves to work and shaping our culture every day.
