We believe that the best and highest-performing teams — those able to solve the most complex and difficult challenges we face as global citizens — are as diverse as the communities and environments we live and operate in.
From The Company
2021 was a strong year for progress toward Ecolab’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion goals, including more improvement in the representation of POC and women than in the previous three years combined.
In addition, we aligned our business, function and market diversity goals with Ecolab’s 2030 Impact goals and provided guidance to teams to enable targeted tactics and actions to achieve them. We activated digital monthly diversity reports for executive leaders globally to provide consistent, simplified views of our progress.
We held our second Day of Understanding event including our first-ever virtual global town hall with breakout sessions in 47 countries and content available in 26 languages. We also advanced our Human Resources DEI capability building, providing Human Resources associates with skill development and tools to further position them as DEI advocates.
Finally, we celebrated the 15-year anniversary of our Women’s Employee Resource Group, E3 and launched a second global chapter of our PRIDE ERG in Iberia, with plans to launch additional global chapters in 2022.
