Our Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Strategy – ALL IN 2025 – focuses on leading with inclusion, elevating our focus on diversity, and embedding equity into our practices, policies, and processes.
We have outlined bold new actions to deliver breakthrough results by 2025, while amplifying transparency and accountability as an expectation. These updates build on our 2017 – 2020 progress, reflect our continued commitment and resolve and set a tone and expectation for sustainable progress going forward.
Through deliberate focus and intentional actions, we delivered meaningful results and visible progress in 2021. This includes:
• Exceeding annual representation goals for U.S. ethnic minorities, women globally, and women in people leadership globally.
• Redefining best-in-class ERG participation with 52.4% of our employees participating in at least one of our 10 ERGs globally. On average, ERG participants reported 9% higher overall satisfaction with Dow than non-ERG participants.
• Surpassed target and achieved $144 million in certified diverse supplier spend; retained 81% of diverse suppliers and generated $5.76MM positive EBIT impact to our bottom-line.
• Expanded accountability for inclusion and diversity by linking I&D metrics to the annual performance award bonus for all people leaders senior directors and above.
