As chair of our Executive Diversity Council, I know the importance of having our leadership team model the behaviors that drive our culture of service. We are focused on growth, trust and equity. We are engaging our people, serving our customers and partnering with our clients to contribute to our society in ways that matter.

At Aramark, DEI is a shared responsibility across our business and functional teams. Our work is grounded by goals aligned with equitable outcomes for our people, planet and community. This is not an initiative for our company, it is viewed as a vital strategic component where we are holding ourselves accountable.
From The Company
With an executive leadership team made up of approximately 56% women and a 32% salaried workforce team consisting of talent who are racially/ethnically diverse, we are building a leadership workforce that is reflective of the communities that we serve. We are also creating a workplace environment that values difference.
The marketplace is where we are focused on sourcing ethically, inclusively and responsibly as sated in our annual Be Well. Do Well. sustainability impact report. Aramark applies our diversity mission beyond the company’s walls. Our goal is to increase our small and diverse spend to 25% of total spend in the U.S. throughout our supply chain by 2025.
Aramark is honored to once again be recognized as a Top 50 Company for Diversity. We greatly value the opportunity to measure our work driving accountability and innovation in DEI.
