“Honda’s continued commitment to advancing inclusion, diversity and equity across the organization is vital to our success and to the development of ideas that turn into innovative approaches to our products and business activities. As such, we continue to cultivate an inclusive environment embracing people of diverse backgrounds and perspectives.”

From The Company

Honda is committed to advancing inclusion, diversity and equity within the company and in communities across America. This includes both Honda’s longstanding efforts as well as new actions the company is taking to create a more diverse and inclusive workforce, advance the diversity of its dealer and supplier networks, provide educational opportunities to marginalized communities and support diverse organizations.

Our women and ethnic minority representation in management and total workforce is trending towards our 2030 target for workforce and executive diversity, which aims to create a workforce that is more reflective of society. The implementation of diverse interview panels is one example of how progress towards increased diverse representation has been made.
