Comcast NBCUniversal’s values – of integrity, respect, inclusion, and giving back – have never been more evident or more important than they are today. For nearly 60 years we have been committed to supporting our local communities, working every day to help improve the lives of our neighbors, especially those who need it most. We also continue to uphold our longstanding commitment to diversity and inclusion, most recently through our $100 million pledge to advance social justice and equality in support of creating a more equitable, just, and inclusive society.

As our country faces one of the most challenging periods in our history, we’re pleased to share our 2020 Values Report: Together We Build. We believe this report is not only a reflection of the inclusive leadership and impact of our collective efforts over the past year, but of the values guiding our comprehensive response to the COVID-19 pandemic and our drive for lasting social justice reform.

In this report you will find stories and data highlighting our most notable social impact initiatives and our best-in-class approach to diversity and inclusion in 2019 and early 2020, as well as a robust data dashboard showcasing our progress in key areas.

At Comcast NBCUniversal, we know our partnerships and commitment to diversity and inclusion are increasingly important. “Together We Build” brings to life our efforts in these areas, as well as our achievements in sustainability, military engagement, and accessibility, all driven by our incredible employees across the globe who are at the heart of all we do.

As our world continues to evolve, we know the transformational impact we can achieve by engaging employees, partners, and community members in support of the diverse communities we serve. “Together We Build” reinforces our unwavering commitment to these communities and to connecting people to what matters most.
