Chris Parker, PhD

Chris Parker is the director of research and data analytics at DiversityInc. Previously he was a research manager in HR operations at Amazon where he used their Connections survey platform to understand the new hire experience and reduce attrition. During his tenure at Northern Illinois University, Parker directed the office of assessment, served as the director of graduate studies in the department of psychology and taught as an associate professor. He has a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from Rice University.
