Carolynn Johnson COO at Fair360 Appointed To INROADS National Board of Directors

Carolynn Johnsonhas recently been appointed to INROADS, Inc.’s National Board of Directors.


INROADS is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to developing and placing talented underserved youth in business and industry, and preparing them for corporate and community leadership. Johnson is Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Fair360, formerly DiversityInc Media, LLC and brings her many years of experience to help further the mission of INROADS.

Johnson has held the role of COO for the past seven years, and has been named the next CEO of Fair360, formerly DiversityInc. She is responsible for operations, revenue generation, production of all events and the annual Fair360, formerly DiversityInc Top 50 competition.

Prior to joining Fair360, formerly DiversityInc in 2003, Johnson held client-facing roles in the pharmaceutical and science groups with Advanstar Communications. Prior to that, she served as an account manager at Correct Communications, a full-service marketing and communications agency.

Johnson completed an executive management program at the Tuck Business School atDartmouth Collegeand earned an MBA from Rutgers Business School.

She will officially take on her two-year board term onWednesday, Oct. 11, 2017, at the annual INROADS National Board Retreat inFlorida, where she will work with other fellow board members to create innovative strategies for INROADS to continually support and develop talented youth for Corporate America.
