Boeing To Host In-Person Career Fairs As Global HQ Moves to Virginia

Boeing will host multiple in-person career fairs this weekend (Aug. 11, 12 and 15) as the company establishes its new global headquarters in Arlington, Virginia.

The Boeing Company ranked No. 16 on The DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity list in 2022, reflecting the work the company puts in to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.

The airplane manufacturer is looking for experienced engineering, operations, training systems, electricians, IT planning, maritime autonomous systems and finance professionals.

The schedule of the career fair is as follows:

Day 1 – Aug. 11, 2022

  • Time: 12 PM – 6 PM
  • Location: Hyatt Centric, 1325 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, Va. 22209
  • Description: Experienced engineering, operations and training systems professionals

Day 2 – Aug. 12, 2022

  • Time: 11 AM – 4 PM
  • Location: Westin Washington Dulles, 2520 Wasser Terrace, Herndon, Va. 20171
  • Description: Experienced engineering, electricians, IT planning, maritime autonomous systems and finance professionals

Day 3 – Aug. 15, 2022

  • Time: 11 AM – 4 PM
  • Location: Fairfax Marriott at Fair Oaks, 11787 Lee Jackson Memorial Highway, Fairfax, Va. 22033
  • Description: Experienced engineering professionals and senior-level administrators

Boeing is moving from Chicago to Virginia to be closer to customers and stakeholders, as well as industry-leading technology and engineering talent, according to Boeing President and Chief Executive Officer Dave Calhoun.
