Chief Diversity Officer since November2015, Angela Taltonis responsible for Nielsen’s global strategy for diversity and inclusion initiatives internally and strategic community alliances and brand awareness externally.

Prior to this role, Talton was Nielsen’s Senior Vice President, Global Diversity & Inclusion. She joined Nielsen in 2007 as Senior Vice President for Global Call Center Operations. Before to arriving at Nielsen, Talton worked in operations, IT and financial reporting, including serving as Divisional Vice President, Inbound Services & Operations at Sears Holdings Corporation and Vice President, Business Processes at ALLTEL Communications.

A native of Greensboro, N.C., Talton has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
