Altria’s (a Fair360, formerly DiversityInc Noteworthy Company) Jackie Sierra, manager of account sales, and Sara Quigley, brand manager, have joined a growing list of professionals that have received the Young Hispanic Corporate Achievers award (YHCA) from the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR).
Recipients are selected based on demonstrated leadership capabilities, commitment to the Hispanic community and personal development. This is the second year in a row that an Altria employee has received this recognition.
Launched in 2007, the HACR Young Hispanic Corporate Achievers program was developed as a way to recognize the outstanding achievements of young Hispanic professionals in corporate America and further the organization’s vision to increase the number of Hispanics on corporate boards. The HACR YHCA program plays a pivotal role in identifying and recognizing the best and brightest young executives.
