AIG earned the top 100 rating for the 2020 Corporate Equality Index and the distinction of being a “Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality” from the Human Rights Campaign Foundation for the ninth straight year. The index is a national benchmark of corporate policies and practices that benefit LGBTQ+ employees. AIG supports its LGBTQ+ employees by providing opportunities and resources through its policies and its 14 LGBT & Allies Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) worldwide.
