From The Company
Accenture is committed to accelerating equality for all and to creating a work environment in which every one of its 537,000 people feels like they belong.
In October 2020, Accenture launched a new purpose: to deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity. Accenture also fosters a culture of shared success with a commitment to creating positive change for its clients, people, shareholders, partners and communities.
In September 2020, Accenture announced new goals for increased race and ethnicity representation in its workforce overall and among managing directors in the U.S., the U.K. and South Africa. It also launched new mandatory training in the U.S. to support people in identifying and speaking up about racism and reinforcing what is expected of them and added Persons with Disabilities and Pride self-ID numbers to its annual workforce disclosure.
Accenture supported its people during the pandemic with new or expanded services, including additional subsidized backup childcare and school-day supervision through Bright Horizons for working parents.
Ensuring everyone can bring their authentic selves to work is a business imperative at Accenture.
