AbbVie ranked No. 23 on The Fair360, formerly DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity list in 2022.
The AbbVie Foundation has donated $1 million to support those impacted by the earthquakes in Turkey and Syria.
The donation will go towards the International Medical Corps and Project HOPE to aid disaster response and relief efforts. The foundation will also continue to match employee donations to eligible non-profits and is providing assistance to colleagues and their families in the region.
“As a global company of 50,000 strong, this tragedy affects us all deeply,” said Richard A. Gonzalez, Chairman and CEO of AbbVie. “We will continue to ensure patients get the medicines they need and are responding to requests for donations of our essential medicines.”
