Abbott’s High School STEM Interns Create Prosthetic Hands

As part of their internship, Abbott’s (No. 10 on DiversityInc’s Top 50 Companies for Diversity) high school STEM interns learned to create prosthetic hands.

The company — ranked No. 14 on DiversityInc’s specialty list, “Top Companies for Mentoring” — offers several internships for high school and college students, ranging in fields from sales to information technology.
