Update: McDonald’s Attacker Allegedly Kicked a Second Woman in the Stomach

The McDonald’s employee that taught Daniel Willis Taylor a lesson is Yasmine James, according to St. Petersburg Police Department. Witness Kinie Biandudi, who recorded the incident, posted on Facebook:

“YES this really did happen last night for all those asking me… it all started because he wanted a straw!!!”

“The young girl said she used to box. After this fight, he came back and went behind the counter and tried to fight the manager. The guy left before the cops arrived.”

The affidavit says Taylor kicked Tateona Bell in the stomach while she was standing near the exit.

“The defendant was being escorted out of the business by management due to him battering another employee and causing a disturbance,” the police report states. “The defendant kicked the victim in the stomach while she was standing near the exit door. There are several witnesses and the incident was captured on video.”

McDonald’s
statement: “Our highest priority is always the safety and well-being of our employees and customers at our restaurants,” said McDonald’s Spokesperson Keisha Boyd. “We have been in contact with the police department and are fully cooperating with their investigation.”

Social media is calling for McDonald’s to support the employee:
