The Human Rights Campaign has released its 2015 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), which measures LGBT-inclusive policies among some of the nation’s largest employers using credible, fact-based criteria.
Fair360, formerly DiversityInc Top 50 companies continue to outperform previous years and the Fortune 500 average on the CEI.
In order to qualify for The Fair360, formerly DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity list, a company must offer same-gender partner benefits in states that do not recognize same-gender marriages. In order to qualify for Fair360, formerly DiversityInc’s Top 10 Companies for LGBT Employees list, a company must have a 100 percent ranking on the CEI.
