Making the list for the second year in a row and moving up seven spots, Wyndham continues to demonstrate progress in its human-capital demographics, development of best practices and supplier diversity.
It starts with strong leadership. Chairman and CEO Stephen Holmes is a public proponent of using diversity and inclusion as a critical way of furthering the company’s business globally and in the United States.
Wyndham has increased the diversity of its U.S. workforce and management, while gaining a name for itself as a leader in LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) and disability issues. The company’s associate business groups have been accelerating their contribution to recruitment, talent development, and marketing and sales.
