In addition to overseeing diversity and inclusion at Abbott, Stidham is responsible for human-capital planning, employment marketing, executive recruiting, global sourcing and university relations. Prior to her current role, she was based in Singapore, where she led Abbott’s initiative to globalize talent acquisition as Director of International Talent Acquisition.

Stidham has held numerous human-resources posts at Abbott, including Director of Talent Acquisition for the Pharmaceuticals Group and Director of Global Talent Acquisition. Before joining Abbott, she worked in executive search, human-resources consulting and was a marketing line manager in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North America.
