Discrimination proves to be bad for business once again.

The judge's ruling applies to those who did not provide proof of citizenship when submitting voter applications through a Kansas motor vehicle office.
The rule would significantly hinder minorities from voting in an alleged attempt to prevent voter fraud, which has been proven to be almost non-existent.
Kanas is the latest of numerous states in a battle of discriminatory voter identification laws.
Federal court in North Carolina said state disenfranchised “African-Americans with almost surgical precision,” while federal judges in Wisconsin and North Dakota said Blacks and Native American voters were affected.
