Eye opening. I've noticed but could never confirm that performance is only 50% of the equation in corporate Amercia. Very good clip, I look forward to learning a lot from his book.

I read Good Is Not Enough in just a couple of days. It was that informative. Mr. Wyche shares his wisdom through insights and stories that are in-touch with what many of us are facing everyday. Go get this book.

I heard Mr Wyche present at a confernce earlier this year -- he was great! His presentation style was warm & engaging. The content (taken from his new book, 'Good is Not Enough')was grounded in practical business advice that can make the difference between a frustrating job and a flourishing career.
