Consulting - Human & Organizational Development

Companies are constantly evolving their business strategies and reinventing themselves to meet changing market needs. At Capital H Group, we help our clients clarify and align strategy by understanding what specific measurable outcomes they intend to achieve through their people. We then provide our clients with sustainable and innovative people-focused solutions that support their business strategy.

Organizations also need to understand what organizational capabilities they need to have in order to successfully drive their strategy. We help companies design and build effective organizations so their people deliver the intended results.

And we know that strategies will succeed only if people can effectively execute them. Through our talent services, we assist our clients in getting the right people to do the right things at the right time.

Capital H Inc. was founded in 2001, and, as Capital H Group, has been under new leadership since June 2003. Our CEO, Dan Weinfurter, was the founder and former CEO of Parson Group, which was rated #1 on the Inc. 500 list in October 2000. Our COO, Greg Silich, was the former global CFO of Leo Burnett Worldwide and has over twenty years of global experience in business services. They were joined by a third partner, Keith Swenson, former worldwide partner in Mercer's Human Resources Consulting Group, and now our managing partner, in November of 2003.

In September 2003, Capital H Group received a $26 million capital commitment from PPM America Capital Partners. In June, 2006, FTVentures committed an additional $25 million in capital to fund further organic expansion and our acquisition strategy.

In a short time, we have expanded to nearly 200 people in locations around the United States. We are fully committed to our clients, to this marketplace and to attracting the best talent.

Our senior team members, many of whom are recruited from the major consulting firms, average over 15 years of experience, with a combination of consulting and industry backgrounds. Our unique sales model allows us to deploy senior talent to work directly on client issues for unprecedented value for our clients. This makes us a high-value alternative to the large consulting firms. And, our breadth and depth far exceeds that typically found at small boutique firms.
