PRIMER is a network of business and professional leaders who leverages its resources to create opportunities, sponsorship and success for its members for Latinos in the U.S. and for the community at large. The network enables its members to grow to their full potential and fulfill critical mentorship and leadership roles.

PRIMER members support charitable entities and organizations within their communities. PRIMER members engage in benchmarking and sharing best leadership practices, providing discussion forums where members can address key issues facing the community. This effort seeks to remedy the current shortage of top Latino executives in business and corporate America.
