The PhD Project is an information clearinghouse for underrepresented minorities interested in pursuing a Ph.D. to become a business school professor. Our mission began in 1994 to diversify business school faculty by attracting African-Americans, Hispanic-Americans and Native Americans to business doctoral programs, and provide a network of peer support throughout the programs.
