Diversity Strengths: CEO Raymond F. McCaskey has been a long-time diversity champion. He has a personal quote about diversity on the web site and signs off on executive compensation tied to diversity.

The company also gets a perfect score on diversity training and has unbiased retention in both the work force and management (meaning retention is level across race/ethnicity and gender).

CEO Raymond F. McCaskey: "HCSC believes a diverse work force is an asset to our continued success. Each of us brings unique perspectives and values the perspectives of others. As a result, our diversity is a powerful tool for effectively matching our company's services and products to the needs of our customers, members and communities."

Vice President of Corporate Diversity Rita Taylor-Nash: "At HCSC, dignity and respect are core values that are central to our culture and the way we do business. We communicate these values as an expectation and teach them throughout our curricula. In addition, we model them in our behaviors and hold all our employees accountable for valuing and respecting differences."
