Tim Solso, Chairman and CEO, Cummins Inc.: "Cummins is a growing company that generates more than half its revenue outside the United States, so understanding our customers' cultures and customs is critical to our success. A diverse workforce that treats all people with dignity and respect helps us delight our customers around the world."

Lisa Gutierrez, Executive Director, Global Diversity: "Cummins' values are clearly spelled out in our Code of Business Conduct and in our corporate policies, which apply to all Cummins employees. Treating one another--and all our stakeholders--with our diversity values of dignity and respect is a basic prerequisite for all Cummins employees, and is reinforced through a comprehensive and integrated training program."
