Diversity Strengths: Marriott spent 13.25 percent of its Tier I (contractor) procurement budget with minority- and women-owned companies, compared with a Top 50 average of 9 percent and a national estimate of 2 percent or less.
Marriott has 11 strong employee-resource groups distributed throughout the various regions.
