Debbie Holcombe was named ING head of U.S. work-force diversity. Her responsibilities will include advancing the company's diversity initiatives such as talent recruitment, retention and development. She will also help promote a diverse work environment and will serve as the U.S. representative on ING's global-diversity council.
Previously, Holcombe worked as the head of brand development at ING. She was the leader of the West Chester site's diversity council. She was also the head of the brand development, where her responsibilities included brand standards and employee engagement.
Other positions she held at ING included chief administrative officer for retail planning and finance management, head of annuity new business and vice president of the Annual Call Center.
