Transgender Rights Reinserted in Controversial Gay-Workplace Bill
The controversial gay-rights workplace bill includes gender identity again. The rights of transgender employees were removed from the bill last month in an effort to make the bill more palatable. But after protests from most gay-rights groups, Rep. Barney Frank has put gender identity back in.
