Luke Visconti is partner and cofounder of DiversityInc Media LLC. He directs all editorial operations of the magazine as well as the web site, which reaches more than 800,000 unique visitors monthly. He also oversees marketing and circulation.

 

Mr. Visconti developed and directs the methodology for The DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity®. His blog, "Ask the White Guy," is a top draw on DiversityInc.com. He is a frequent senior-level lecturer on the business benefits of diversity to corporations, business groups and nonprofit organizations.

 

He is a recognized leader in this field and has appeared on FOX, MSNBC and CNBC. Mr. Visconti is regularly quoted on diversity issues in publications such as The New York Times, Chicago Tribune, BusinessWeek, Fortune and The Wall Street Journal.

 

Prior to entering the publishing industry, he was on active duty as a naval aviator, a commissioned officer with the U.S. Navy from 1982 to1990 and in the reserves until 1992.

 

Mr. Visconti holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Rutgers University.

Foulis Peacock is partner and cofounder of DiversityInc. He directs DiversityInc's national sales force that promotes an ever-expanding portfolio of products and services, including benchmarking, career/recruitment services, corporate subscriptions and print and web advertising. As a result, DiversityInc has consistently increased its revenue for the past several years.

 

Prior to the startup of DiversityInc, Mr. Peacock and Mr. Visconti founded an advertising-rep firm that served leading business publications such as Fortune, Forbes, Money, Delta Sky Magazine and Beyond Computing, an IBM customer publication.

 

To continue to promote workplace diversity, Mr. Peacock has donated his time and financial support to organizations such as the Indianapolis Urban League, Asian & Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund and the American Association of Museums.

 

A native of the United Kingdom, Mr. Peacock has nearly two decades of sales experience in the publishing industry in the United States and the United Kingdom.
