Novartis has unbiased retention in its work force and its management, meaning retention levels are equal regardless of race/ethnicity and gender. The company also has strong employee-resource groups.

Novartis recently celebrated the first Global Diversity and Inclusion Award, recognizing individuals and teams from the various operating countries for their outstanding achievements in embracing and valuing differences as a source of strength.
