If a webinar participant is unable to attend the webinar(s) they have purchased, they must contact webinars@diversityinc.com at least 24 hours before the webinar date to advise of an alternate participant. If an alternate participant is not available, the original participant is still responsible for the full seat license fee. All webinar participants will receive a download of the presentation 72 hours after the live event has transpired.
