South Carolina Republican U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham confirmed to CNN that an audio recording the network obtained of Graham making off-color jokes is authentic.
In the recording—which Graham said was made at a talk he gave to the all-male Hibernian Society of Charleston, S.C., an Irish benevolent organization—Graham references a possible run for the Presidency in 2016, which he told The Weekly Standard that he is exploring.
