A newly released report by the Center for Economic and Policy Research (CEPR)a left-wing think tank that studies inequality and economic issuesshows that Blacks account for a disproportionate amount of the 2013 unemployment rate when it comes to recent college graduates.
According to the Pew Research Center, the Black unemployment rate has been double that of whites for the last 60 years.
