Alec Baldwin’s latest anti-gay rant has cost him his job at MSNBC.

The cable news network decided to pull the plug on the Up Late With Alec Baldwin host’s weekly show after the actor used the homophobic slur against a photographer in an incident that was captured on video by TMZ. (See video below.)
