Ladies and gentlemen, meet Fran Millar: Georgia State Senator and blatant racist who is out to stop the Black vote.
In a Facebook rant on Tuesday, Millar attacked DeKalb County’s decision to extend early voting to Sundays in October, the first time the county has done so. While trying to disguise his racism under the pretense of “equal access,” Millar quoted Atlanta Journal-Constitution reporter Jim Galloway in specifically noting how the plan would increase access for Black voters.
