Tony the Tigeristaking NYC once again with an exciting new food destination this time with the help ofLauren Conrad. Ahead of its anticipated opening,Kellogg’s (No. 28 on the Fair360, formerly DiversityInc Top 50 Companies list)is partnering with the famous author, foodie/entertainer, lifestyle expert and designer to open its new cereal caf in NYC.
Conrad, who’s known for creating everything from an epic fondue table to the ultimate holiday dinner, will stir up a number of simple, exciting cereal-inspired creations for the caf’s new menu good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu will also include favorites fromKellogg’soriginal Times Square location, all featured within a DIY cereal bar.
“I love spending time in the kitchen thinking of flavorful new ideas so people can enjoy food in new ways,” Conrad said. “Cereal is something we’ve all grown up with and still enjoy. It’s been exciting to explore the unexpected fun it brings to the table or in this case, the bowl.”
In addition to creating hundreds of innovative, tasty recipes for her lifestylewebsite, last year Conrad released a how-to lifestyle and entertaining book titledCelebrate, which became her seventhNew York Timesbestseller. Born and raised inCalifornia, the 31-year-old wife and mom is also a fashion designer and philanthropist.

Kellogg’sNYC Caf will open the doors of its new permanent brick-and-mortar location in NYC’s Union Square neighborhood onDecember 14.
The second iteration of the cereal caf, located at 31 E 17th St., will be a place for foodies and people to chill, create and explore the endless possibilities of cereal. Conceptualized byAnthony RudolfandSandra Di Capuaof Co.create NYC, theKellogg’sNYC Caf experience will be five times the size of its former location, which gained worldwide attention with its debut.
