KPMG Names Corey Muoz Chief Learning Officer

KPMG (No. 11 on the Fair360, formerly DiversityInc Top 50 Companies list) announced Nov. 1 that Corey Muoz, an accomplished executive in the learning and development arena, has joined the firm as Chief Learning Officer. In this role, Muoz is responsible for the firm’s learning and development strategy and continuously improving its award-winning programs.


Muoz will focus on integrating new and emerging technologies, using data and analytics, and employing the latest applications and approaches. In addition, he will play a lead role in developing programs for the firm’s state-of-the-art learning, development, and innovation center in Lake Nona, Florida, which will provide world-class training to KPMG’s partners and professionals beginning in late 2019.

Muoz has extensive leadership experience with top-tier learning and development organizations. Most recently, he served as Vice President of enterprise learning and Chief Learning Officer for TD Bank Group in Toronto, Ontario, and led the creation of the organization’s enterprise learning strategy and oversaw its global onboarding, leadership and management development, compliance, and sales learning organization.

Prior to his time at TD Bank, Muoz was director of leadership and high potential development with BAE Systems.
