Gun Lobbyist: African-Americans Are 'Surly'

On his radio show Gun Owners News Hour, host Larry Pratt, Executive Director of Gun Owners of America, said that Black Americans are “surly” compared with the “African from Africa a very happy person.”

In an early January discussion with American Thinker writer Selwyn Duke about a number of topics, talk turned to Duke’s observation that the best Catholic priests are from Africa. Pratt took the opportunity to voice his opinion on the differences between Africans and African-Americans.
