However i was looking for some thoughts on how we deal with the negativities generated with the leadership when you actually seek the answers for your growth, and questioning the gaps. They often tag you as &#039;high maintennace&#039; person or someone who questions the management decision and in most cases not supported and allowed to fight her own battle and eventually manage them out.  ]]></description>

Proud of your talent and perseveration, I  will share more your skills  with you. i moved from country to country and the last was 2000 from Europe to Ohio. Maybe if you have any opening in your schedule, you can be a speaker during one activity of our Non Profit Organization in Ohio., which promote education. in Africa.
