		<description><![CDATA[I am an African American female executive who is facing the hard fact that although I have broken the glass ceiling and am a contributor in the C suite, equity is still very far away.  The equity and infrastructure provided to minorities within executive level positions still does not match that of their counterparts.  It seems that as soon as one hurdle is jumped another one is put into place.  This type of coveted and quiet bias is so very dangerous because it sets you up to fail while your peers are provided every tool, resource and labor with defined skill-sets to achieve goals.  I am required to have alphabet soup behind my name before even being considered a viable candidate, and once I get in the door, the hidden seeds of discrimination make for an unbalanced performance playing field.  If Mr. Visconti could assist in providing some feedback on this issue, it would be truly appreciated.]]></description>
