Only a person without a disability would think, there is a need for reverse Discrimination. Take that person's site away from them and ask them to do there job with no questions asked. He/she would understand the difficulties a disable person has to deal with on a day to day basics. Take his or her legs away from them, and have them come to work in a wheel chair where there are no wheel chair ramps on the side walks or at his job to work in a plant. Last but no lease, eat in the lunch room at your job and hear what people are saying about you in the wheel chair or the person that is blind, you would be hurt, surprise, and sick all at the same time. Just think about what I've just said about a disability in the work place. Your answer would become very clear.
